    Introduction to Certificate Management

The My-SSL user panel provides comprehensive tools to manage your SSL certificates throughout their lifecycle. From viewing certificate details to reissuing, renewing, and tracking verification status, everything you need is in one place.

Before managing certificates, make sure you've completed the initial setup by following our CSR Generation Guide and the SSL Configuration Guide. You can also use our SSL Checker to verify your certificate installation at any time.

    Accessing My Services

    To manage your SSL certificates:

Certificate Management - My Services Dashboard
    1. Log in to your My-SSL account
    2. Navigate to "My Services" from the main menu
    3. Find your SSL certificate in the list
    4. Click the certificate to view management options

    Available Management Options

Your SSL certificate dashboard provides several management actions:

    Show Certificate

View your issued certificate details including certificate content (CRT file), intermediate certificates (CA Bundle), full certificate chain, and properties.

Copy certificate content directly or download as files.

    Reissue Certificate

Reissue your certificate with a new CSR. Useful when you've lost your private key, need to change CSR details, or update the key size.

    Reissuing doesn't extend validity period.

    Change/Resend Verification

If domain verification failed or you need to change the validation method. Resend verification email or switch between Email, DNS, or FILE validation.

    Renew (Provide new CSR)

When your certificate is approaching expiration, renew it with a fresh CSR. Start renewal 30 days before expiration.

    Show Order State

View the current status of your certificate order: Pending, Awaiting Validation, Processing, Issued, Expired, or Cancelled.

    Show Domain Verification

Check the status of your domain validation. View validation method, instructions, and completion status.

    Request Cancellation

Cancel your SSL certificate order if needed. Provide a reason and await confirmation from support.

    See Refund Policy for eligibility.
