- Multi-Domain (SAN) SSL Certificates
- Code Signing Certificates
- Installation and technical support
4. Certificate Validation and Issuance
SSL certificates are issued by trusted Certificate Authorities (CAs) including DigiCert, Sectigo, and GeoTrust. The validation process varies by certificate type:
- Domain Validated (DV): Verification of domain control only
- Organization Validated (OV): Domain control plus business verification
- Extended Validation (EV): Enhanced verification including legal existence and operational status
Customers must provide accurate information and respond promptly to validation requests. Failure to complete validation may result in certificate rejection.
5. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for My-SSL.com products and services may be processed by different payment partners depending on your location and checkout method.
- Paddle Payments: For certain transactions, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") acts as the Merchant of Record. When Paddle processes your payment, Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and related customer service for that transaction.
- Other Payment Providers: For other transactions, payments may be processed directly by Verifold LLC or through other payment providers. The checkout page will clearly indicate which payment processor handles your transaction.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Additional taxes may apply based on your location.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers
SSL certificates are provided with the warranties offered by the issuing Certificate Authority. Verifold LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those of the CA.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VERIFOLD LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN RELATION TO THIS WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Verifold LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Verifold LLC for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

- Attempting to circumvent security measures or validation processes

Information provided during the validation process may be shared with Certificate Authorities as required for certificate issuance.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
